The parent company said its board only became aware of the ruling in late August (after the purchase of WLFI tokens). But I don’t buy that because ALT5 has a history of delaying reports of major company events to the SEC.

The court dissolved the ALT5 subsidiary, sentenced its Canadian principal, Andre Beauchesne, to prison, and ordered the seizure of $3.5 million. The ALT5 subsidiary and Beauchesne appealed in June.

Timing of this purchase is likely not coincidental. In May, a Rwandan court found that ALT5’s Canadian subsidiary “criminally liable for illicit enrichment & money laundering. At the same time, the Rwandan court denied the subsidiary’s claim to obtain access to its funds held in a Rwandan Bank”

💯Epstein was going after the daughters of working class families who needed the money to buy necessities or simple luxuries that the wealthy take for granted. His victims weren’t the daughters of the wealthy or scions of powerful families.
