Everything that is happening right now: “let’s destroy 250 years of precedent,” “let’s kill science, let’s ignore proven science.” It’s so depressing. MAGA simply stands for destruction. There’s not a single positive thing they are doing or trying to do. It’s just destruction.

I graduated law school in 2012. At the time professors constantly claimed Roberts was an “institutionalist” who cared about the courts reputation. That was only 13 years ago. Truly wild that anyone ever believed this.
For decades, supposed experts would tell us how moderate and reasonable John Roberts was. Now it's clear that Roberts is one of the main people dragging us into a dictatorship.

Hmmm it’s almost like the incentive structure we have created is actually bad for child and human development because it focuses on increasing test scores and not what is best for healthy child development.
