"Masquerade" revolves around Cecile, whose body is taken over by "Psycho-Pirate" and her mind is locked inside her, in a mindscape, a psych ward. When Barry (Flash) figures out Cecile is not really her, Psycho Pirate abducts his mind into Cecile's mindscape as well. She appears normal but is not.

I've been thinking about the whole "life vs death of a showgirl" thing but maybe this is neither, it's technically after the death.
