Sure, thanks! Can you let me know your email or perhaps email [email protected], especially if you can send any further documentation around it, and I can reply? (Or DM?) e.g. I believe we have a saltmarsh restoration project in this sadly microplastic polluted river www.bbc.com/news/article...

vegan lifesaver. Another good one is cashews with miso, lemon juice/white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, soy milk, seasoning, whizzed in high speed e.g. nutribullet blender. Can be salad dressing if thinner (like caesar) or almost like queso if thicker with more of cheesy elements.

literally everything. I have recently done similar for: potato salad, warm wild rice salad, pitta with gyros style fillings (less miso or none for these). Often sub in for mayo in recipes. Sometimes add chilli crisp sometimes not. Sometimes peanut butter for more satay like sauce on noodles.

Oooh yeah I live on variations of that sauce (excluding the yoghurt).

Thanks Martin! The value of team work and just keeping on trying until something finally comes through that you can build upon (I hope!).

So glad I made enough for leftovers!

Ooh, any chance of encouraging this to focus on our Isle of Wight UNESCO Biosphere saltmarsh and wetlands?! There is some additional funding available linked to the Biosphere designation and lots of local interest.

So far quite a good day to be living with an Australian, it turns out.

There is one more post to be written here, about how AI is now often an austerity technology, inserted into a human process to compensate for the fact that there is just not enough time and money, and many workers are expected to do more and more with less and less.

If people in your team or organisation are using AI notetakers as a way of coping with too many meetings and a culture of presenteeism, there's not a technological fix for this. The answer is to have fewer, better organised meetings www.careful.industries/blog/2025-11...
