I feel like as a hyper-productive person, I have two modes:

I am locked in and grinding life and work without a sense of self awareness, or I am doing either nothing at all but at mental peace...

It's one or the other, lol. It's crazy. 9 to 5 isn't made for me.

There's too much emphasis on art being products / content with these. They're essentially stunts.

It is much healthier to just motovate ourselves to draw for a set time daily to get into the motion like you would as with going to the gym.

If you decide to join any ink or whatever-Tober drawing challenge, please do not force yourself to finish a drawing daily.

Rather motivate yourself to draw for a set amount of time, say 30 mins to a max of 90 mins. And have breaks. You need to refresh the mind between artsessions. It helps a lot.

Nobody knows what they're actually trying to do on this globe, either. Keep trying and following your heart. We get one chance to do so, anyway.

Inktober sets completely unrealistic expectations regarding output. Making a complete inked drawing in one day EVERY day for a month is insane and a recipe for burnout. Don’t tie your worth to something that even professionals believe is unrealistic.
