Little wonder @teamlabouruk.bsky.social is panicking about political donations when Labour receives half the amount Tories do, and a fifth of Reform donations. We should all be very concerned. GE2029 will be bought.

I am not throwing good money at problems in competition with billionaires. As a wage earner, it’s no contest. Please reform political donations;automatically exclude donors from public contracts/media ownership. When you clean up political funding, I will contribute.

@financialtimes.com Boohoo: journalists indulged in whispered speculations with their (unnamed) contacts & bought their own smoke & mirrors. Treasury, Chancellor consult economic indicators to make budget decisions. You got burned. Wise up and start taking your journalism seriously.

So the useless commentariat media chatterati & ‘opposition’ conjure up outcomes from hints, make mischief with their speculation, realise it mightn’t transpire & have a meltdown. The alternative: to wait for actual facts - never crossed their minds. @snp.org @libdems.org.uk @pippacrerar.bsky.social

More competence and positive policies from @labourgovernment.bsky.social
Shame that their substance can’t overcome their image problems as image is all in current politics.
