Next site, is Ihrovets Mountain (Гора Ігровець) in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. It's in the Gorgany Mountain range, which is part of the Carpathians in Western Ukraine. It's 5,919 feet above sea level and popular for hikers.

Next site, is the lavender fields of Ukraine. There's beautiful lavender fields throughout Ukraine, "especially in Zakarpattia, Odesa, and Poltava regions." I would love to visit some of these incredible fields some day.

Next site, is Korovai (Коровай), a braided bread made with wheat flour. It's decorated with symbolic images made out of dough and traditionally made by the parents of the bride and groom. It's often blessed by a priest and then shared with the wedding guests.

Next site, (apologies for missing yesterday.) Lake Donuzlav (Озеро Донузлав) in Crimea. While still called a lake, it's actually more of a bay since 1961 when construction of a soviet naval base was started. The lake has a depth of up to 89 feet in some areas.

I'm back from visiting my younger daughter in Spokane, so next site, the Khorol River (Річка Хорол) in Sumy Oblast. It flows for 191 miles through Sumy and Poltava Oblasts. The cities of Khorol and Myrhorod sit on the river.
