I am a disabled queer and trans filipinx person requesting mutual aid to help me attain secure housing and avoid homelessness. I lost my housing in March due to an extreme mold issue that rendered my apartment uninhabitable. inclement weather and lack of building maintenance by the landlord exacerbated the issue to the point that my roommate and I became very ill. In the end, the only solution available was to end our lease immediately and find emergency housing elsewhere. UPDATE: Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed! I am well over halfway towards my goal! The love you have shared is helping immensely with bills accrued during moving, food expenses, and house expenses at my current temporary living situation. Most of what has been accrued is continuing to be saved for a deposit and first/last month’s rent for when I secure a lease. .
