Did outside agencies instigate it? How long was the decision on the planning? And how crazy was the chaos that led up to it?
The story really needs to be made into a movie.

I feel that the Daily Telegraph nowadays is a bit like the once reputable brands that Sports Direct has acquired.
People not paying attention still treat it with some respect - but over time gradually learn their lesson and hopefully don't make the mistake again.

Long after the dismissal, in late 2001, I met Gough Whitlam at a conference on cultural property restitution, where he was speaking about the return of the Parthenon Marbles.
Oddly, this was an issue on which both he and Malcolm Fraser were in strong agreement.

How does having separate access ways not create diverse communities? The people can visit the same shops and cafes when they leave the tower.
People are being given housing in expensive areas, but seemingly this is not good enough.
I'm far from a neoliberal capitalist - but this makes no sense.

What is the alternative - that the social housing residents are made to pay the same service charge & cannot - so get evicted?
I've heard the same outcry in London - and it didn't make any more sense there either.

But if you see the comments, getting discount housing in Barangaroo, but with no concierge or inclusive gym & pool access is a disgrace.
