It’s rough while grilling for sure, And way easier if you don’t have charcoal (like me) but i keep an iced vermouth and soda on hand at all times while burning alive lol

I use the grill in summer because it keeps the house from heating up, but only things that cook quick. Veggies, sausages, brats, etc. I will do a couple things at once that i can then repurpose (chicken for pasta/chicken salad, thin strips of steak, etc)
