I get what you’re saying, but I think possession is overrated in the modern game. Yes, your opponent can’t score when you have the ball, but if you’re not using that possession to create chances it’s kinda pointless. For me the aim is to use it to take the heat out of games, then get forward quickly

100%, it’s not been fun to watch all the time, but there were enough moments throughout the campaign to get you through finally

I mean, I’m not saying I don’t want the guy to make his mark on the club, but we’ve had a number of pathway managers already and I’d imagine we will do again. I’ll be fine if he gets the team playing well and winning. Think it’s on the fans to keep pushing for structural change personally.
