Remember when we used to have lengthy Congressional review sessions before any act could get passed through pretty much any legislature? Hearings, public commentary, experts from the field the new policy would impact? Remember when that was actually quoted in healthy debates? Man, I miss those days.

This is why I like wood pellet grills. No propane. No charcoal, just pellets that last for several rounds of cooking as long as the hopper’s a decent size. Temp self-regulates, machine self-ignites, etc. the cleanup is the only difficult part, but the wood smoke flavor is 🤤

I wish! Haha. I would love to work on game art and/or stories.

This is what I made with the tools the game gave me. It’s got a really great character creator in it 🤗

This is one I made in the game’s character creator. 😊

Noooooo! That was how I got a lot of my materials 😞

But this was just one storyboard that made so much more sense to put in game. Might have been too much animation or had you “onto him” too early for the story arc ending they wanted to tell.

I’m trying to remember her exact wording. I’ll have to go back and look. I believe there are some allusions. And honestly, that’s what storyboards are for. Visualizations of ideas as they’re being thrown against a wall to see what sticks/build the world outside of what fits in game.

Now, that’s not to say I don’t appreciate what we got. The environmental storytelling was good. Bodies left to rot in hallways leading to a bloodbath was wicked. I just feel more personal stakes, a stronger twist, and a more horror-like edge with longer teases would’ve fit my writing preferences.

I really, really liked that angle. It would have given Illario more than just “I want power” as motive, and the reveal could have been even more gnarly than what made it in. Could have led to a more intense lead up to when the hammer fell.

I love classic horror tension building and tragedies 🤷‍♂️
