I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)

Found out I won 'Best Feature Story' from the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association last night. Still so honored that Randi let us share her mother, Elaine Lebar's story. Happy to report Elaine is still playing the piano and will turn 97-years-old in a couple of weeks

On most days, retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Mike Davison is covered in sawdust. He has carved more than 400 comfort birds, to help veterans suffering from PTSD. Davison is no plans of stopping and is now getting help from the staff of the USS Constitution Museum.
