and yet the average American would likely never associate his tattoo as anything other than one of many thousands permutations of a skull and cross bone tattoo options. Context clues matter. To call this “the symbol” of naziism is disingenuous.

Great point and I hadn’t seen the reddit stuff
October 26, 2025 at 7:33 PM
Honest question. How many people actually knew of this tattoo’s apparent nazi connection without being told so? I had no idea. Zero. I’m not trying to make excuses for the guy who has a bunch of other red flags, but really, how many people would know the association?

Given the complete lack of any corporate backbone these days, there will no lawsuit. I’m sure instead Tylenol will just profusely thank dear leader for his unparalleled wisdom and scientific prowess and switch all current manufacturing from Tylenol to tallow and ivermectin.

“Despite still being a top seller in the market, nobody wants one!”

Market decline does not mean lack of market. What a dumb generalization to make.
September 13, 2025 at 12:11 AM
It doesn't matter if there's decline! It could decline for 10 years straight, if trucks are still one of the largest selling segment of the market, "nobody wants a truck" is objectively wrong. Maybe you were looking for "fewer people want a truck."
September 12, 2025 at 11:52 PM
This is objectively wrong for the US market on the whole. I definitely believe this could be true in certain regions and certain demographics. But trucks are still a hot seller.

HBO Max? What’s that David, I can’t keep up. perhaps your valuation is impacted by your piss poor boomerang branding.

How about the original NES (front loader) with an expansion audio mod?

No bailout. Consequences of your actions. pick yourself up by your bootstraps. Thoughts and prayers. I don’t care if the experts recommend a bailout for the country’s good, we don’t listen to experts anymore right?

rip the bandaid off. Sure it will suck for the nation , but I’ll be ok.

Importantly, the previous 1m exemption hadn’t been updated since 2006 and has no automatic mechanism to adjust for, say, inflation.
September 6, 2025 at 10:28 PM
And? The millionaire tax will bring in far, far more $ than the previous estate tax revenue would ever generate. We were previously number 1 in terms of having the smallest estate tax exemption of any state that has estate taxes. Adjusting that to be slightly more friendly isn’t end of the world.
September 6, 2025 at 10:20 PM
Plenty of people do. I can still load my 80s NES games. No server decommissioning to worry about. You think people won’t be doing the same in 20+ year time? they will.
September 6, 2025 at 5:51 PM
How is the millionaire tax, which conservatives lamented would be the death of the state as high earned flee (they didnt't), considered "lowered taxes on wealthy?" What are you talking about?
September 6, 2025 at 1:53 PM
Yeah, I understand, but 19 years and, say, 40 years are different stories. At some point I think it's reasonable to expect them to stop serving the Wii downloads. Perhaps not for a long time, but the preservation is still jeopardized by *any* expiration date of that ability.
