Just to keep everyone updated: not currently evicted bc we were able to use donations to partially pay off rent, the landlords 14 day eviction notice is non-binding bc it wasn't signed nor properly delivered, and this lawyer let us know if we can find a lawyer who will do a free consult 1/2
