Counterargument: some people are just too fragile for the Internet. I'm not trying to mock or insult this person, but I've been online since dial-up and modern social media ain't no different than web forums and Usenet newsgroups before them.

Facebook is such utter trash, how is that company not bankrupt? This spans nearly my entire screen. This is what I see instead of content FROM THE PEOPLE I'M FRIENDS WITH. 95% of my clicks are trying to get rid of bullshit from fucking strangers.

I wrote a program in Typescript that runs under Node.js that checks a YouTube channel for new comments via the YT API and sends messages to a Discord channel when that happens, to make it easier for volunteers/staff to surface & deal with shitposter goblin behavior.

I haven't seen anything about it in the news but it looks like Elon Musk settled Parag Agrawal's (and others) lawsuit against Twitter for not paying them money they were owed after Musk fired them.

If you get an email like this from Paypal, delete it. Don't click anything just get rid of it. It's a phishing scam. I'm puzzled how it passed DKIM and DMARC, but it's definitely fake. The domain was registered *today* and uses Squarespace for DNS, which Paypal does not.

This is the one I had to lie that I'd visited in the past just to be able to continue with the survey. And now I can't progress without lying again. What if I don't plan to visit it? This answer is forced. Incredibly stupid.

Whoever made this YouGov survey is dumb. I've never been to any of these but I can't move on without picking at least one of them.
