The latest Behind the Bastards episode on Buford Pusser is a real life Ace Attorney case. A villain with a cartoonish name stages a fake murder, gets away with it, and is treated as a hero for decades, until people examine the obvious pile of evidence. Nobody in this story has a normal name.

I think the button test can be useful, but it's also limiting in some ways. The decision about whether to press the button is binary, but gender is not. Meesh's advice: As long as you're being safe, just start doing things and see what feels good. Button be damned!
