I hate the idea of "networking", but I'm actually going to take it a bit more seriously because it's the kindness of other freelancers and tech journalists that has made the rough landing after restructuring a little less rough. There are some really good people in the industry.

Starting to pick up a bit more freelance work (though seriously hit me up if you're looking for more tech writers/editors) and re-realizing the uncertainty that comes with disclosing disabilities and neurodivergence.

I used the Google Assistant home button shortcut on my phone for the first time in a while and was offended to see it introducing Gemini. What did you do with my old buddy? How dare you!?! You bring Assistant back right now!
