And that's not even the average home price in this town - that's a couple hundred grand higher. ;-) And we're rural, on the west side of I495. Prices go through the roof closer into Boston.

I'd guess you're on a seat, which is on a floor, which is part of an airframe, which is on landing gear, which is on pavement, which is on the ground. So you're only transitively on the ground. ;-)
