I appreciate your kindness 🥹❤️ you’re so right!! I feel like we can often think about change as if it comes during some huge individual moment, but sometimes it’s all of the little ones that add up. Each new choice, thought, action. And then you look back like, “oh, I’m a different person now.” 🥹

I wanted to share this to emphasize that change truly is possible. Sometimes it takes longer than we’d like or comes in the form of lessons we wish we didn’t have to learn.

But ultimately, we get to choose who we become. One step at a time.❤️

Today was the first time I’ve ever gotten an A (assertive.) 🥹 I used to struggle a lot with self-doubt. I feel proud of the work I’ve put into shifting that. ❤️
