I like my job, but I've been seeing abuse toward an elderly gentleman. Bullying, and actually physical assault. Finally went to HR to file a formal complaint. (I have a coworker who can corroborate), but we'll see if it does anything. Might be retaliation. Keep fingers crossed for me.
