Our latest webinar, co-organized with the National Council of Rectors of Costa Rica, highlighted that the recent adoption of APCs by some journals in Latin America, has influenced the globalization of publication topics away from local issues and an increase in English-language publishing.

Yep, believe we met at OAI-2 in 2002. Hard to believe we had just 1 or 2 annual OA conferences back in those days. I still think that the OAI meetings are some of the best. Really enjoyed virtually particpating in the last.
