just a reminder that *lots* of countries have universities, and (to my knowledge) none of them but the U.S. treat their universities as largely minor league sports franchises

My ex-husband would be all “2-parent household!” day, and it took everything in me to not say “Are you sure about that cause you had that and umm”
As a former two-parent household child, it means nothing if both of those parents are terrible at actually nurturing and guiding 🙃
I do wonder how different my life experience would’ve been if I was in a two parent household.
