Went to a non-traditional sushi place. Some really interesting things in their omakase:
- Hokkaido scallop with yuzu foam served on a salt block
- Walu Hawaiian white tuna with a sprinkling of pop rocks
- (sea bream?) carpaccio with potato chips and melon
- tuna tataki with sesame oil powder

New hair! Inspired by Perrin from Pokemon. Couldn't get the tips as light (blue refused to be bleached out). But good enough for a casual Halloween costume. 💙🩵
