No problem: Zbrush's Dynamic SubDivs mode. You find it under geometry. It makes working with low poly objects that will eventually be high poly with thickness a breeze!

Nabooru. #legendsofzelda I wanna point this out because I like it. I made her ears the same shape as the low poly model. It's the little details.
