I still think she is cute and for those who like her more now that is nice for them! I just also am one who wants variety which sometimes will fall into what I like and sometimes not and I thought she had a bit more of that variety before too. Feels more jarring this time since changes were so late

That's quite fair honestly, we all have our preferences after all. I just wish that something that was already very appealing to me was not changed, like a sort of "if you dislike this, don't pull" attitude rather than making characters more narrowed into specific tastes, if that makes sense

The more I've played upon my return the more I realize the harsh truth that Genshin is a good game actually & the core gameplay is fun, it just gets held back by a ton of little annoyances that needle at you at every other turn

(Other than perm events that's more than just a "little" annoyance)

I forgot to mention. The new party screen having a pretty background that matches where you are? The way everyone is posed up and the animations when selecting a character? That's lovely. That brings a smile. Good addition

I heard about these choices they are making in writing direction of integrating more of the lore into the main plot and tying up loose ends and it is part of what got me curious about returning admittedly. Hearing that they are having follow-through on things I wondered about for a long time...
