Nor do you have to be a victim. My best friend at (state) school in the 70s-80s was verbally bullied & persecuted every day by a small thug crew, for being Jewish. We walked home together every day. My recollections are absolutely fresh today. And gods forbid you were darker-skinned (also friends).

Tory 14 yrs, City of Westminster, *ALL* our youth & societal service hubs cut to zero, de-funded, safer neighbourhood policing (who were brilliant, gentle, supportive) gone. We had safer streets. Mayor Boris was a disaster too. Trying to re-build. Recall our £6m Tory "tourist mound" Hyde Park?
