Quantum Leap was peak Boomer Victory Lap media and could only have been made during the End of History era. The 2022 reboot is very much of this era (where anything that anyone might have a lick of nostalgia for, gets a reboot)

I think I’m pretty good about not wallowing *too* much in nostalgia (which is a challenge for a Gen Xer!) but season four had me missing malls something awful, mainly for my kid’s sake. Those kinds of third spaces are hard to come by today

The past few weeks we’ve spent rewatching the first four seasons. Just three episodes to go and then we’ll be ready for the S5 premiere on Wednesday. Nothing better happen to my beloved Steve Harrington!
