Maye leads the NFL in completion percentage (71.0) and passing yards (3,130) in 2025. The 71% would be the highest completion percentage in a season in Patriots history. What have opposing coaches seen from the 2nd year pro?

A few wheels may have popped on the Patriots' season-long magic bus ride, but even in the face of that, they managed to survive a closer-than-it-should-have-been meeting in Cincinnati, surviving themselves - and the Bengals - 26-20 on Sunday. www.bostonsportsjournal.com/2025/11/23/g...

That's just the second time the Pats have hit Joe Flacco today, but it comes at a good time. 3-and-out to start the 2nd half.

Initial pressure by Chaisson but that felt like a coverage sack to me. Landry with the cleanup on aisle 5.
November 23, 2025 at 6:39 PM
Only midway through the second offensive series for Cincy, but they've already completed five balls to tight ends. This is an area the Pats have been subpar against, but in recent weeks, Penix and Fields don't attack that area.

That makes points allowed on 9 of the 12 opening drives. 3-0, Bengals.

Jared Wilson fel off his block on 3rd and 1, and his man made the tackle though not before Henderson got the first down. However, Wilson is hurt and limping off the field.

Some of the boys are back in town for the Patriots. Stevenson, Boutte and Elliss all active. Rookie Bradyn Swinson, just signed from the practice squad, will also make his debut. No Joshua Farmer - a bit of a surprise - while Chism, Tavai (personal), Wallace and Dippre also inactive.

The parking lots were full, grills were smoking, beer was flowing & I'm pretty sure I got a contact high walking into the building. That may be why the periodic rain ... could not dampen these feelings. Or it's simply because the Patriots are back, baby.

Pats get burned on the blitz. Don't come close to getting home, Fields waits and Metchie gets free of Woodson on the scramble drill. 21-14.
November 14, 2025 at 3:16 AM
Maye breaks out all the good stuff there. A perfect over route, some improv, and then takes ad of a coverage bust to push a pass to a wide open Henderson. 21-7. Jets on life support.
