Run 'mix hex.search' in your project and it opens the search with all of the packages you have in your dependency selected and ready to be searched

It's not about accessing technology but free Internet which people can visit any site, regardless of where they are located.
I totally understand if GC doesn't want to offer its cloud service but blocking IP to access any website hosted on GC is unnecessary. Each website can make its own decision
