The interim Huddersfield station layout is now in use, with 2 through platforms and a bay. It resembles a slightly brighter version of Manchester Victoria!

Images like this bring back such great memories of going on ‘All Line Rovers.’ I adored these units, and enjoyed travelling the South East in comfort, and warmth! The sound of those slam doors, and those motors, it all comes flooding back!

Finally managed to catch with 91105 (91150) ‘National Railway Museum 50 Years 1975-2025’. The vinyls do look mighty impressive, albeit the nameplate looks to be oxidising and discolouring very quickly!
