📚🩸 Into the Drowning Deep. Mira Grant.

A hell of a book. Triggered me so fucking much, I thought I was going to throw up at some point. It may have shown me how big my fear of deep bodies of water, because wtf. It’s great tho, I just needed to read it slowly.

In the Back Row With You

The owner of a cinema and the bank employee that is trying to help with her falling business. I barely read Romance (without other genres) but was curious. Even if the stakes were kind of high it didn’t feel like it, it was cozy.

🥀 6th. Only Lovers Left Alive 2013. dir. Jim Jarmusch.

A famine for vampires. Eve and Adam have to survive in this new times where blood is no longer abundant nor clean. Tilda is literally the love of my life, Tom is always fantastic in depressed characters. This movie is slow and I love it.

🥀 5th. Dragonwyck 1946. dir. Joseph L. Mankiewicz

This film has Vincent Price (woooo!) as a landlord (boooo!), his wife mysterious death, a young farm woman, a child (that disappears from the movie ?), workers ready to strike and a desire for a son that ends in grief. I loved it, but I’m biased 🤷🏽‍♀️

The Internet Archive is a treasure istg.

I knew this movie was gonna be silly but that’s not enough. It was unapologetically absurd, very funny, very queer and kind of sweet.
