If you somehow recognize my username from [REDACTED], what were YOU doing at the devil's sacrament? lol
Well,I didn't need to sleep tonight, I guess, lol!

Was hoping the name on the blanket might be a lead. A book or a comic maybe?

I believe he may have been created as part of the 2025 Scoobtober event, celebrating the anniversary of, "Scooby Doo & the Witch's Ghost." They did a TON of brand collaborations and he's on at least 3 different ones of them that I've found so far.

I wish that it was just blank. We made an account just to sell some stuff & it's too easy to accidentally hit the "send" button. If the field already has a question in it, it sends it whether you intended to send anything or not. I choose online communication to AVOID awkward social interactions.

Does "Papa" even mean "Dad" in the Smurf language? We know their verbs are different than English, i.e. - Smurfing...

Maybe it's a poor translation of something else? Papa being a head of a household/family in that time equating to head of the village? He forsook his old name to become "Papa"?

Employee: "Hey boss, you know all that crumb byproduct that we've got in the factory that just goes to waste?"

Boss: "Of course, I do."

Employee: "Have I got an idea for you!"

People message, "Is this still available?" because it's auto-filled into the initial messaging box & people are lazy. They see that it already has a good opening question & go, "That works..." & click, "Send". Blame Facebook for pre-generating the question just as much, if not more, than the buyers.

On a side note, I've started reading a paper on forgiveness by the other Professor Davis (Beyond The Pale of Forgiveness: The
Touchstone of Simon) and, so far, it's pretty fascinating as well! Had to take a break because a section started a deep thought spiral in my brain that I need to process.

Only, by doing so with modern-day minds that have changed and inspired us through their creations, we can more easily KNOW what those cultures & histories are!

I wish I would have written up my thoughts on those who changed me when I was younger. Imagine a future academic finding such a journal!

Studying the works of these modern-day minds, posthumously, gives us a unique chance to do something that Brennan said Prof Davis taught: To consider the culture/history & how the common person reacted in order to truly understand how those ideas & creations came to be & their place in the world.

I had professors at my community college that never published & it's hitting me how many brilliant minds just slip through the worlds proverbial fingertips, only directly touching a handful of souls.

It's heartbreaking. At least we can glimpse echoes of them through the lives of those they taught.
