Might I suggest finding some people to join you for their non arr classes and turning limited leveling on? (you might be able to do it alone to trigger it but I haven't tested to see if minimum size requirements but since this bothers you more you can test it next time.)

Maelie is Selru's adoptive Daughter so 100% is a Minor NPC closest to his heart. Though he's close to a LOT of of NPC, including the likes of D'fhul Tia (who lives in the Barracks of his grand Company squadron). Obviously many more but these two come to mind first: More info in Alt text

Perfume Ginger/Spiked Ginger Lily flowers - One of their many names IRL is Selru and it is what he based his City name after! I headcanon Selru being their Dalmascan name, where his Non-bio mom's family is from. His name is inspired by all four parents, and his biodad is named Y'elru so it FITS.

Selru is a Red mage main.

When I first saw that stool my first thought was 'oo fancy barstool with a back!' and put it at the bar of one of my Haurchefant Alt's cabin's. And then everyone started calling it a baby stool and I refuse to move it out of stubbornness. They're at a bar, it's a barstool.
