#ShivajiSawant is now my favourite Marathi author. #Chhava based on the life of Chatrapati Sambhaji is another classic. A 43hr audiobook where Uday Sabnis’s narration is mesmerising! Highly recommend if Maratha history fascinates you.

Watching #WhenThePhoneRingsEp3 - Saeon is tsundere - that’s well established now. So bring on the ‘jealous , over protective , I have always been in love with you , but had my reasons for not telling you before’ husband! #YooYoonSeok is totally killing it so far.

The one thing Kdramas can’t do well are medical dramas. The only 2 worth watching for the cases, the heart warming patient stories and doctors who are not yelling or acting all emotional are #HospitalShip and #Chocolate (latter was more hospice related) and both star #HaJiWon

An example of how shit cricket twitter has got and why I haven’t bothered to engage with it since 2016. The rise of Shastri - Kohli era also gave rise to such shit narratives about the previous generations. It’s factually incorrect, but who will argue with these dimwits.

It took two new airing #kdramas that star #YooYoonSeok in #whenthephonerings and #SeoHyunJin in #TheTrunk (starts 29th Nov) to finally get me started on #DrRomantic S1 where these two are leads! The E1 was a crash course on an entire 16 episode Kdrama - so dramatic 🤣

The first episode of #WhenThePhoneRings was very interesting , I hope the story can bring the right level of angst and convince me why this lead pair who supposedly hate each other should be together. #kdrama

Book #17 #AnxiousPeople by #FredrikBackman Best read of the year so far for me. The humor in the book is the kind I enjoy, a bit dark and dry wit. The emotional angles gently tug at your heartstrings & by the end of the book you have found a part of yourself in every character

#strangesallydiamond by #liznugent is one of the most distressing & harrowing reads.Not a book I should have picked up given my current state of mind. No complaints about the author,but the horrors that some of the characters go through made me super uneasy. Not for me.

Book #15 Marathi audiobook #JithliVastuTithe by Mangala Godbole. A collection of short stories on relationships between parents - children - in-laws. The topics too cliche and overdrawn for me, but the narration by Manasi Joshi was excellent and good on time listen.

Book #14 The third book in the ‘Before the Coffee gets Cold’ series. This entire series , collection of short stories of the customers that visit the cafe and interwoven with the folks that run the Cafe are simply delightful to read. Books that are easy to finish in one sitting.

I don’t think I care anymore how the story progresses in #LoveNextDoor , if #JungSoMin can calm down her over hyper OTT act, if the director-writer duo of #HometownChaChaCha can repeat their success. I’m staying only for #JungHaeIn and his adorable ‘I fell for you first’ act

We started #TheFrog yesterday night and if it weren’t for today’s outing, we would have probably binged it all in one go! 3 episodes in - it keeps the viewer on the edge. The star cast is superb and GoMinSi is sending chills down one’s spine!
