5 Acceptable Body Count: We need to post current surgical wait times for cardiac, bowel, and cancer surgeries. Reinstitute tracking and public reporting of the number of pts who die while on public pay surgical waiting lists.

Novel privatization, without any plan regarding guardrails or a roadmap, along with further fragmenting the system certainly is not helping.
