I think part of that relates to the small relative size of the community. It's far easier to feel like you have a grasp of the overall opinion of the community from like 5 posts than on the hellsite where even 50 posts could be an outlier.

Tbh I think one unique issue with Bluesky's F1 community is the association between F1 opinions and the moral standing of a person.
People are far too comfortable openly making moral judgements about someone directly to them over zoomy vroom car opinions.
