As an anthropologist, I say with confidence that "civilizational erasure" is a term that carries no meaning apart from a nuclear war or climate catastrophe.
Immigration does not cause cultural erasure, because culture is not inherited. It is learned.

This is so true. I have charged at one once, for 3 minutes, to see if it worked. It did.
