hi basil mum tbh i think you have been very mean to him sometimes but putting that aside pls tell their ghost that he was very very cool and great friend and creative ideas and completely irreplaceable and will forever be a missing piece of my heart and cannot be rated on any numeric scale

i hope it can help you out! i definitely do think screens just kind of tire my brain out & also i would barely write anything when trying to draft with a keyboard because i would just keep overthinking it and my fingers didn't want to type anything. i find it's easier to 'let go' with pen & paper

dealing with ADHD unmedicated is an absolute fuckin' bitch and i FEEL you there. in lieu of the stuff that would actually make my brain work well, i've had to just find ways to lean into it and try to turn the way it works as much to my benefit as possible

now opening & closing documents over and over is not generally helpful ofc, but at least with me and where i'm at, i also cannot work on 'one WIP at a time.' i generally need at least 2 to bounce back and forth between. i also draft on paper bc my brain can't focus on word docs lol
