My coffee/espresso hot take: a dark roast pairs better with syrups than a lighter roast. Lighter roasts seem too sour or too tangy. Dark, while the taste is robust is smoother.

Man these owls (Bruce & Selena) are fast. I heard them to the right down the street when I opened the front door. I hooted at them - as I always do. Next thing I know they’re hooting behind me in the neighbors tree. Hoping last year’s nest is still intact for them to use it again.

I need to find a better way to set up my projector in my room. I always have to put it on tripod on my bed. Kinda thinking of putting a hook in the ceiling and hanging a platform that can be removable. I don’t want a permanent thing.

Damn this might have been a one hit wonder. Tried out again but can’t taste the pumpkin puree this time.
Made my own pumpkin spice latte. Not bad. More subtle. Which is how it used to taste.
