Me too. Or likes even. But my habit seems to be SEEING the glaring mistake immediately AFTER posting.

Please give me 50 min to info dump on a topic. We had software options in law school and I still chose handwritten my first year+ bc it slows me down.

I’ve gone back and forth with myself over getting dash cams. But I am increasingly of the opinion that we’re all going to want them in the future. It’s weird, because I hate the surveillance thing, but I hate the lying more.

It occurs to me that they are seeing this work on TV every single day!

But the truth is, nope. For most of us, we still cannot blatantly lie and have that play out well.

We can’t.

I share this ancient story because I keep running into folks who seem to think they can outright lie despite video evidence or other evidence and have their lie hold weight instead of hurt them.

So we filed a claim with her insurance which was ruled 100% her fault cuz video, and got a nice check for the damage to our vehicle. I am sure it did her no favors.

He got the Richfield police to obtain video from Menards. It showed her backing in to him.
I called her to see her situation & if we could come to an agreement before we filed a claim against her, but she stuck to her story & was belligerent. (We were not angry with her, just concerned for her.)

I wish it were June & I could drive in the evening and have sunlight to spare!

Even if I haul ass thru everything I ought to do here, I am lucky if I get there while it is still light. (Truthfully, that is probably also true if I leave half of it until Wednesday!)
