I was stunned when I heard this for the first time just a couple of months ago! Why would a country with “the right to due process for anyone in our borders” in our Constitution not want to be a signatory to the ICC? It’s almost as if our Legislators don’t want themselves to be held ACCOUNTABLE! 🤔
