As a Loons season ticket holder, we lose 8 - 10 weeks of potential home dates when the weather in the Twin Cities is as nice as it gets all year long. And what do we get in return? More matches when the weather can *really* suck. This is not a good trade for northern clubs.

I’m a season ticket holder. I would MUCH rather go to a match where my biggest concerns are “don’t forget the sunscreen” and “bring your sunglasses”, over matches where it’s “are six layers of warm clothes enough, or do I need more?”
This is a bad deal for northern clubs.

It's a terrible idea. The best possible solution is to bankrupt FIFA and build a new, better version that wants what is best for the sport, not whatever lines their pockets with the most money.
