No. Think about what tests are for. They are for work place positioning right out of school. UBI changes the context of how those of us with disabilities enter the workforce and removes many other barriers. But that wasn't the argument. The argument was how to stop people falsely claiming disability

The answer is Universal Basic Income.
How many times do we have to shout this?

Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

I've never encountered more students who say they hate reading. Students who want to be teachers, writers, or both. I wonder if "hate" means "I have trouble reading," but I also talk with so many students who write in a genre but refuse to read in it. They can't see themselves in relation to others.
