Mission Log 13 by V. Saverem; status: Unrequited. I've been thinking too much again. About him. I'm not blind to it. We fight. Constantly. He smokes too much, argues too much, and pulls the trigger before I can even open my mouth. And still, through every stop we've made, every scrape we've barely stumbled out of, he's never once told me to go. And I've never wanted to. Not like before. If anything, l've only made his life harder by being around. Trouble follows me like a shadow--some of my own doing, some not, all mine regardless--and he keeps walking beside me anyway. I like him. Too much, maybe. More than makes sense. I don't even know when it started. Maybe it was that first time he tossed me a grin through the smoke, like we'd already been friends forever. Or maybe it was every time after, when he didn't give up on me. I don't deserve someone like Wolfwood and he deserves someone who doesn't leave disaster in their wake. The other night, he was the one patching me up. He scolded me the whole time--too reckless, too soft, too damn careless--and I just sat there, letting him. His hands were rough, sharper than his words, but even when he tugged the bandages tight, I could feel the care underneath. I know he worries. I know that's what his anger really is. But it's not the same. Not the way I worry about him. Not the way I can't stop thinking about what would happen if he didn't come back one day. I want him safe, I want him happy, I want him free. I want to tell him. I'm terrified, but I want to. Because if tomorrow comes and one of us doesn't make it, what good are unspoken words? He should know. Even if I don't deserve to say them.

Mission Log 12, visual record only; status: "First" "Marital" Quarrel. The entry features Wolfwood and Vash dressed down to their boxers in what looks like a machine room of sorts. Wolfwood, captured from the side and visibly stressed, is in the process of chewing out Vash while bandaging an injury on his arm. Vash, shown from behind, sports an already taken-care-of injury on the back of his shoulder. He's ruffling his own hair in a sheepish gesture.
