They are still pursuing litigation to have Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act declared unconstitutional. So far, the state of SC has withdrawn, in part due to the public pressure.

We need more of this energy.

--They are using transgender kids as the pretext, but the language of the measures--do not be confused here--will absolutely throw every single student who qualifies for a 504 under the bus.

Mississippi Senate paid her half what white colleagues made- $40-60K less than her lowest-paid white colleague. Her request to chairman of the Rules Committee to equalize her salary with that of her colleagues was denied. The U.S. Justice Department filed a lawsuit Friday.
