Exactly, they are hedging their bets so that if there is ever a Dem President they have their plausible deniability when they suddenly put restrictions on what a Dem Pres or administration wants to do (the opposite of their rulings for Trump Maga position).

I particularly enjoy the fact that they are not only incompetent, lack training, unprofessional and generally out of shape but further make the task harder because they are constantly adjusting their own masks hoping to not be identified.
