Cleaned these off from the stripper today. Some need another dip. Whoever put the pump wagon together had done a great job so think will work from here. Thankfully no damages under paint but a couple of slotta bases didn’t make it #oldhammer

Assembling cavalry will be fun muttered nobody ever. Throw in a a hand with limited sensitivity and without full control and it’s like trying to do buttons up with thick gloves on. Just the last 10 riders to go 😬.

My old sabots have gone to my Indian Mutiny Sharp Practice infantry. I still need to finish the cavalry in artillery. Plan is to get them ready for painting for the New Year.

That is the sabots done. I’ve moved all of the regulars onto a tight footprint sabot. But keeping the skirmishers on the loose ones. Now they can stay on the sabots in the boxes so they are game ready. Before I had to get them out individually before the game.
