I can relate, but it’s always good to remember that what one person might think is cringey could be considered romantic to someone else. Just write what you want to write and I’m sure you’ll attract your audience!

I do like Romance Fantasy the most. I’m not a fan of dark romance or anything in a modern setting. If it’s a fantasy world co-exhausting in a modern world that’s okay. But modern setting aren’t all that interesting to me.
