All those things are true of course! However, the sole provision in the Constitution referring to the Supreme Court mentions nothing about Judicial Review. That is why I said that provision is sticky.

This makes me so angry, there is no electricity generation problem and even if there was it isn't caused by manufacturing expansion. Its the data centers being installed all across the state.
